Shannon Reid is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with an emphasis in Biochemistry, with an expected graduation in Spring 2027. Shannon has demonstrated a strong interest in the intersection of chemistry and forensic science. In January 2025, she gained valuable observational experience by shadowing crime lab analysts at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, further cultivating her passion for analytical chemistry and criminal investigations. With a growing foundation in scientific research and laboratory techniques, Shannon is committed to exploring innovative applications of biochemistry in forensic and analytical sciences.
